World Book Day Fun!
Class 3 had a fantastic World book Day. They started the day by taking part in the Premier League Footy Stars quiz, working well in small groups to answer football and reading questions. During the assembly, the children had the opportunity to share their costumes and the corresponding books. Class 3 then took part in the BBC live lesson about reading for pleasure.
During the afternoon, Class 3 were paired with younger children in the school and they enjoyed having the opportunity to read to them. The day finished with writing a saga, it had to be written with only 100 words!
